Current, three months, a full year of untouched receipts — an honest read tells us if it's monthly upkeep or a one-time cleanup first.
Bank & card count
How many accounts and cards feed the business. Reconciliation scope is what mostly sets your monthly number, so a rough count helps.
Payroll, if any
Number of W-2 staff and 1099 contractors, and how often they're paid. If payroll isn't live yet, tell us when you expect it to start.
